Recently, our colleague Niek Strohmaier reflected on the effects of biases in bankruptcy trials in the Financial Newspaper (FD). BFI is pleased to announce that, from December 2018 onwards, former Duff & Phelps managing director and PwC valuations partner, Jan Jaap Snel and his team will join the firm to further strengthen its valuation practice. Jan Jaap will co-direct further expansion of the valuation activities with a focus on dispute valuation, economic damages and litigation support.
